I am a professional with over 20 years in the culinary field ranging from small independent restaurants and cafes to large scale hotels, country clubs, and catering operations. I am a Cordon Bleu trained chef and use my french background to specialize in homestyle comfort food with a twist. I enjoy cooking with quality ingredients that are a reflection of the area they come from. I like to use as much locally sourced product as possible. Cheers!!
